I couldn't have asked for a better realtor! Fawn is dedicated and it shows. I am a first time homeowner and was going through the process mostly alone since my husband was overseas at the time. Fawn informed me of a lot that I didn't know about and made sure to take her time with things I didn't fully understand. She was patient with me and understanding. I felt as if I was looking for a home with an extremely reliable and trustworthy friend/family. She is professional and will do what she needs to suit you best. She always responded in a timely matter and has helped my transition into San Antonio smoothly! 10/10 thank you so much

I truly believe people come into your life for a reason. My husband and I moved to San Antonio right before the pandemic started and didn’t know anyone. We met Fawn while trying to buy a new house in a tough market with low inventory and Covid restrictions. We were stressed and had a difficult list of needs. To say it wasn’t easy is an understatement. Fawn was very professional, empathetic and an excellent support system. She was passionate about making sure all of our criteria was met and moved fast as houses were flying off the market. She negotiated our contract and helped us to purchase the perfect home, working hard to make sure everything was fair and in our best interest. Fawn is a fantastic realtor and was always available anytime day or night. She and her team are amazing and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to purchase or sell a home. You definitely won’t regret it. Fawn has a heart of gold and is forever family to us!

Fawn helped me find my dream home during the worst time to buy a house. She was patient with me with all of the questions that I had during the process. What I called the perfect house seemed unattainable. The sellers declined my offer. The house was going to someone else. Fawn kept an eye on the house because I loved it so much. We continued to look and put offers in, but the perfect house was still calling. Fawn kept the faith throughout the process. Then we got the call that the sale had fallen through and they wanted to know if I was still interested - Fawn almost screamed YES! The deal all worked out and I was able to purchase the perfect house. It was all in God's plan. Fawn was a delight to work with and I will be recommending here to anyone that will listen.
