They don't fix the mailboxes. USPS won't deliver to an unsecured location. There is open garbage, both sides & in front of the buildings, strewn also throughout complex. They're completely apathetic about fixing anything. Sorry to say, true slumlords.

The address is 133 Katherine Ct. I know you don't care at all about the people or the properties ."A righteous man knows the rights of the poor; a wicked man does not understand such knowledge." Proverbs 29:7. Unsafe conditions, driveway with potholes, leaks and garbage are just a few issues.

I would give a negative 10 for this management company if I could..they do not respond to issues in a timely manor, when they do and give a day they will show up to fix something, they never show up..maintenance doesn’t know what they are doing and things they do fix, they mess it up worse.

I have lived at the Treehouse apartments going on 3 years. They change their office staff way too often, they have too many properties and not enough maintenance personnel (told to me by a FORMER maintenance man). Today it is 80 degrees inside my apartment, they put in a portable unit last August or September and haven't done anything since to fix the issue. That is the Ridgemont way I suppose. The portable wont cool the whole apartment, just half. I love my apartment, it is a fabulous value for the price, but the maintaining is horrible. Like others before me, I would give them a zero if possible. I'm always told the maintenance manager/supervisor gets my lists I send them repeatedly, but nothing gets done. I have gone in to work every day since covid, so that is NOT a valid reason for NOT fixing the issues around here.

I would give them a zero if I could. My AC hasn’t worked for over 13 days. It’s been over 100 degrees every one of those days. No returning of calls. Had to visit the office location to talk to anyone. They don’t have enough maintenance staff and don’t care about their tenants. I would strongly suggest you not rent with Alamo Heights Apts/Ridgemont Properties.
