If I could give a zero for my rating I would. Rebecca Kelly was not the ideal agent I wanted to conduct business with. Upon contacting her and leaving voicemails, emails she didn’t do a great job at responding to them or getting back to me. I found her to be unprofessional and rude when I spoke with her to inquire about a property I was interested in renting that had been on the market for 20 days, she claimed there were 3 applicants already. However, I was informed previously that there were none but based on Rebeccas tone and attitude she clearly was not trying to service me so i would not recommend her to anyone or for any future business.

Would not recommend. Listed a home that we sold after managing a rental that we owned. “They” approved a $1000 A/C repair and NEVER told us about the charge. Not in text or email... nothing. We happened to see the charge on the final settlement statement AT CLOSING. It was then explained that they made an executive decision since they didn’t think they could reach us since we were on a cruise. I was reachable while on the cruise and my husband wasn’t on the cruise. Very much reachable. Didn’t even attempt. THEN they explained that they were charging worse case unexplainable “final” management fees on the settlement statement. “Rest assure that you will get a refund once all is closed out.” Ask us if that ever happened. We reached out for update in this “refund” with no response.

We leased a house from Mc Nicholas Realtors in New Braunfels for two years. We never met anyone from the company during that two years. All of our business with them was conducted over the phone or by text or e-mail. During that time the company sent an A/C tech out twice a year to check the heating & cooling units. (they always called and made arrangements for us to be at home). We had a thermostat go bad on the range and when we called to report it, they sent out a repairman the next day. When we decided to relocate, we were required to give a 30 day notice. As I was searching for their company information to send our notice, I came to their website. As I was reading some of the reviews, I was concerned to see several negative reviews (some mentioning not getting the complete deposit back) that worried me. When I called Peggy and gave her our notice, I ask her what all was required in order to receive our deposit. She informed me of the requirements, which basically was to return the property in the same condition in which we had moved in. She was nice enough to rearrange her schedule to meet me for a final walk through. It was the first time I had met her personally and I was very impressed with her professionalism and personality. (she returned our full deposit) I would gladly recommend Mc Nicholas Realtors to anyone needing a home to lease. I would call them first if I needed a home in their area.

I leased from McNicholas Realtors for four years and I found them to be very responsive, professional and available for my problems if I had any. Peggy is very helpful and Becky is very knowledgeable. I would recommend them to anyone!!

I rented from McNicholas Realtors for 2 years. The AC went out and was fixed within 24 hours. Any time we brought concerns to Peg she scheduled maintenance promptly. We returned the house as found, and received our full deposit back. The house wasn't perfect, but was priced accordingly, so I was happy with the experience.
