We were looking to move into a house as soon as possible and we found a property we liked being rented by Rental Property Pros. By working with EsSence and everyone else, they made it super fast and easy to move in. All of the ladies were super helpful and the communication was wonderful as well. Janice, Es'Sence, and Laura are the best in the business. They manage over 10 of our rentals in San Antonio and do a superb job at communication, integrity, professionalism, reporting, and rapport-building with tenants. I refer everyone over to them. They treat our properties as their own.

I could not have worked with a better team of women. I was in my rental for 7 months when the landlord decided to sell the property. Janice notified me immediately which gave me ample time to make a move 4 months later. She kept me informed regarding the landlord's intentions and provided updates in a timely manner. Laura provided names of contractors that helped me meet all the requirements for vacating the property. I had no major issues as a tenant, and wished I could have stayed longer. Janice and her team were efficient and professional. No complaints on my end.

Rental property professionals has made leasing a home easy, not just from the paperwork but also maintenance, payments, and customer service. I heard horror stories of renters waiting for repairs or a call backs from their landlord or rental property managers. The past two years have been seamless and I was actually excited to lease again. When I need maintenance, it was completed by professionals, not a random person. Covid has thrown some curve balls but they were willing to assist in the best way they can. My day will come to own my own home however, I am forever grateful for the wonderful team and opportunity to have a home. Definitely recommend to someone who wants to lease or even a landlord who wants to lease their home.
