Outstanding customer service! I needed a new water heater as the one I had started leaking and was most UN-efficient. I called Simply Water Heaters and could not believe they were able to get to my house within 2 hours. The two men who arrived were most courteous and very clean. They went out of their way to give me much information on my whole plumbing system. I was extremely impressed and will definitely use them again for any plumbing problems that may arise.
