For $27 (even with an $8 coupon) it was not remarkable pizza and not the best value. However, we ordered take out and our order was ready on time, the restaurant was seemingly clean and the staff was friendly.

I'd give this pizza 3 stars but the staff was so professional and likable. Gave em 4!

Called to place a pickup order. Was not told the location by our house was closed and the phone automatically redirect to the Hausman location, 20 minutes from our house. We called to cancel our order and were informed that the food was made and they could only offer a 50% refund. We drove 20 minutes to pick up the food, it was cold and dry. Definitely not pizza worth driving 20 minutes for, much less being treated poorly due to the fact that apparently the Tezel location couldn’t pay their rent and was locked out of their own store. Very poor customer service. Two stores only because I understand that these are difficult times, but its not hard to be sure to let customers know which location they are speaking to and not have the phones automatically redirect to a location so far away (relatively).
