husband bought a batter pack from a retailer pilot24 and although only used 3-4 times, the batter died. It was out of warranty by a few months but no one expects an expensive part like this to stop working with limited use. Service was quick to respond but their answer and level of caring was bad. looking for a new company to buy from. any suggestions would help

Needed to replace a lost cable to run between my Pilot lite Medistrom Battery and Resmed Airsense 10 CPAP. Could not order online, required to phone with battery SN #. Ordered at before noon, arrived in 24 hrs. Cord was only $7, so I ordered 3, and only $10 to ship. 1 for the machine, one for the cabin, and a back up for when I misplace my next one. Pilot 24 came highly recommended by a friend. I take care of an elderly relative and decided to purchase this battery. What a great decision. It works wonderfully with the Resmed machine being used. Also love the fact that it has a usb port. I just spoke to tech support and they were so helpful even for a non tech guy like me.
