Spent an hour on their website yesterday making an appointment for a vaccine. Went this morning at the scheduled time. The address given was the satellite pharmacy. Went to this location where there was a sign on the door stating that due to staffing shortages to go to the main pharmacy. Went to the main pharmacy where there was a sign on the door stating that due to staffing shortages go to the satellite pharmacy. Called the number and was told I would have to leave a message and have someone call me back. They do not answer their phones, have a service. Left a message at 0900 this morning, it is now 5:30 PM and no return call. Stay far away from this pharmacy, normally like to support small business but if they are run this poorly go to a chain.

The customer service from Oak Hill Pharmacy is second to none. Damien Kaiser was exceptional in his care of my situation/specific prescription. He went the extra mile to meet the needs that I had. Oak Hill Pharmacy is great at taking care of the patient’s needs. Thank you, Damien!

I write this review so the next guy considering Oak Hills Pharmacy will know that the service is exceptional. I couldn’t find a single pharmacy that could fill my last prescription I was getting the same story from local pharmacies, they didn’t have it and couldn’t get it. That was until my wife spoke to “Princess” one amazing woman that has a passion for the work she does. She gave us some optimism about getting it but was going to take some work. I am so grateful that there are people out there with the compassion, dedication and follow through that Princess possesses. She is a true professional and Oak Hills Pharmacy is now my #1 choice for my future needs. I highly recommend using Oak Hills Pharmacy. Thank you Princess for what you have done for me and do for our community everyday.
