Don't use the CVS on military drive. They are rude and ordered my prescription only to show up and they gave it to another customer. This store listed above is where we go now and they have great service.

I have always had good experience at this store. At the window/drivethrough, inside pharmacy counter, and at the the main checkout. Every employee i have interacted with has been nice and helpful. I had to go in for covid testing and couldnt find an opening that day at this location so I scheduled with a different location over on culebra and grissom. The experience was very bad there. Timing was important and it was a greater distance. They had poor customer service, offered no help whatsoever, the problem was on their end (IT) but the girl at the window "helping" me acted as if i wasn't giving her correct information....(info sent to me by cvs by email and text)...i again had to reschedule but for the next day, this time i was able to go to the poteet/jourdanton hwy location and had no trouble. Grissom/Culebra- NEVER again.
Poteet/Jourdanton Frwy location ALWAYS!
