I was traveling on the access road of US HWY 90 in San Antonio when an 18-wheeler pulled out of a driveway right in front of me, took all three lanes of the access road, hit my car, and forced my car into the side rail. The 18-wheeler driver said I was speeding, and the crash was all my fault. The staff at Trevino Injury were very professional and made sure I received all the medical treatment I needed. Back on 5/ 22/2018, I was rearended by a young man in a Jeep Wrangler. I injured my neck and back pretty bad. The young man accepted responsibility, but his insurance carrier Fred Loya refused to pay me anything fair for my injuries. The young man only had a $30,000 dollar insurance policy and Fred Loya refused to pay the $30,000.00 for my injuries. If Loya would have paid the $30,000 I would have been looking at close to $12,000.00 in my pocket, after attorney fees, medical bills and expenses. In comes TRERVINO INJURY LAW Mr. Trevino used Fred Loyas greed against them! Mr. Trevino took my case to trial and won a verdict of $120,000.00. Fred Loya appealed this verdict. Mr. Trevino won the case on appeal and made Fred Loya pay us interest during the appeal. At the end of day, I received over $65,000 in my pocket. It sucked waiting 6 years to get paid for my injuries, but it felt good knowing Mr. Trevino made Fred Loya pay more than 4 times the policy. Maybe next time Fred Loya will pay the $30,000 timely!
