Sweet Repeats

I choose to try this location because I was not happy with the 1604 location. I went in for a Christmas item for my daughter. It was an electronic item and I was promised by 2 employees that they had just put in batteries and tried it out before putting on the shrink wrap. Sadly, we wrapped the gift and did not know until Christmas morning that the item did not work, it did turn on, but it has a touch screen that did not work so it is useless leaving my 3 year old very upset. Not until I got the receipt did I learn that there are no refunds or exchanges. I will never go back there again. The prices are high and the items are not taken care of.

I've been shopping at the one on BITTERS since I moved to SA in 2005. I haven't had any negative experiences. I buy my 6 yr old daughter's clothes, shoes and occasional stuffed toys there. I bought maternity clothes when I was pregnant. I bought many cheap baby items for my now 6 month old boy. Prices are way below stores like Target and Wal Mart. They need to make SOME profit, so things aren't going to be FREE. When my kids outgrow their items, I will go back. I plan on selling my clean maternity items too. SOME WITH TAGS that I never wore from other stores. For the lady who got her stroller stolen, that sucks, but for sure the store can't know for 100% certainty it was yours. They don't want to lose what they paid. Anyway, I have been there many times and never had issues. Besides, the taco shop next door, LOS ROBERTO'S is sooooo GOOD! lol :) .xoxox Happy Shopping~!
