Mario is the biggest rip off ever I will leave a bad review every day until it is taken care of but we paid 40’000 for nothing I am a district manager for Midas auto service here in San Antonio Mario is a ripoff ten year warranty for what nothing he needs to make it rite but I call text and nothing is what a joke Mario is like I Said I will hit bbb and google every day until this is taken care of for sure

Mario seems like a very nice guy but unfortunately he didn’t accomplish the job. He was supposed to come out on Tuesday but he had a snafu loading up the equipment and had to reschedule the job. He said he had to order new parts to fix his equipment and those wouldn’t arrive until Saturday. When I asked for my money back he said that he had a friend who would loan him equipment and he could be here Friday to complete the job. Well on Friday his friend couldn’t loan him the equipment anymore and he canceled again and wanted to reschedule to Tuesday. I told him I would find another company to do the work. He was honest and gave me my money back and he always answered texts and phone calls but there seems to be a pattern with unaccomplished work from my experience and reading other reviews.

This company and the owner Mario are bad news. They ask for pay advances for reasons that shouldn't apply to a legitimate company, don't honor the warranties, often don't show up for work, and do not finish the job. I should have checked BBB before and read the complaints.

Horrible company that rips people off! All of the positive reviews are from friends and family not legitimate customers. We hired Mario and his company to do a very big job that only got half completed and like the other negative review he constantly asked for pay advances and never showed up for work. He had all kinds of excuses. he also lied about being here and working in the middle of the night however we have cameras with night vision on them and the nights that he claimed to be here working he never was. We went with his company because the price was reasonable but honestly I would have rather paid more and got the job done right now I am having to pay somebody to complete his work and it is costing me more money than what it would have if I just went with another company that was priced a little bit higher and more reputable. Save your money this guy is a scam artist!!!
