Ideal Feet

We spent over $500 on their inserts and think it may be a good system, but we have been very disappointed in the way we are treated as customers. We feel talked down to when we visit this store, and when I told the salesperson this, she talked down to us more. The treatment plan is also Inconsistent one salesperson to the next on each visit. We have emailed and called the main office in an attempt to get better service and have not received a response. I hope to be able to revise my review in the future...... We'll see.

This has been like a miracle for me! I went from constant pain, even while sleeping, to being pain free. This has been an ongoing process and I was informed by the awesome staff that I will continue to need adjustments as my feet continue to change and improve. When I have needed a re evaluation, I just go in, tell them what's going on, and leave after about 30 minutes in better shape than when I walked in there, without spending an additional dime! It's the BEST investment I have made in myself ever! If you have foot pain, you owe it to yourself to check them out
