        I wish some one had told me this was going to be a several hr appointment.... Apparently they were supposed to, but didn't. My daughter has a lot of specialties and some of them take hours so, while surprised this appointment too 2 hrs, I wasn't irritated by it. The Dr was great. I'm glad my daughter will be seeing her from now on.

        Dr. Shatz is good but some of the staff not so good. Wait time is outrageous, be prepared for about 3 hour appointment.

        I can't say enough good things about this Doctor. I've never worked with a more compassionate medical professional. I feel she treated us like we were close family members. She was super helpful and attentive to us during a very difficult time in our child's life. I wish I could give her six stars, she's the best!
