SO ANNOYED WITH THIS PLACE! I have been coming here for a few months but recently have started having consistent issues with being charged extra fees. My nail tech messed up and forgot my ring fingers were supposed to be a WHITE dip Instead of BLACK so she decided to be lazy and PAINT BLACK over my WHITE NAIL and then argued with me when I asked her to use dip they way it shouldve been done. She told me I would be charged extra for her mess up accusing me of not communicating to her. Her and another employee got in a heated disagreement in front of me which was extremely unprofessional and she got mad and left while he took over my nails. He told me I wouldnt be charged but when I paid he ended up charging the SAME fees he said I wouldnt pay since she had messed up. I asked him to correct the issue or I would not be returning and he told me thats fine I dont have to return without any care. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE. CUSTOMER SERVICE IS A JOKE AND THEY DONT CARE ABOUT anything but making money. Service: Manicure
