Walked in at 445 lady came up to me and said to come back tomorrow they were busy but there as only 1 lady and the store was empty lady said they had an appointment @530 they could not do my nails today so I told her I would wait lol she did not like what I told her dont come to lovely Nails customer service sucks

It is exactly how it looks. They do not sanitize and they don't put bags in the pedicure bowls. Instead they just put water and start the pedicure. Personally, I feel like the pedicure bowl bags are better. They are not the best with nails either. I got an overlay on my nails as well they did not do the best job. He didnt shape and clean my nails or cuticles. He just starting polishing. I wish someone would have told me the name is deceiving because my nails dont feel lovely at all. It was cheap(45$) but still not worth that honestly. The customer service is not so good either.

Not a great place to go they only have 2 pedicure options available and in the regular pedicure the dont do sugar scrub like every where else and the massage was not great at all she was rushing and I really needed a good massage meaning Im 33 weeks I wont be back Service: Pedicure
