Absolutely #1 WORST experience we've ever had with a company. Their Loss Draft Dept works on behalf of Carrington Mortgage to issue dispersement checks to homeowners who file homeowners claims. We filed a claim for hail/roof damage and it was a nightmare to navigate their website and process for filing a claim. Forget about calling and speaking to a real person because you end up in an endless automated system. Our claim file was assigned to a person who never contacted us once. They finally mailed our initial check so we could pay our roofer, but they never provided a tracking number. Who mails 40K checks without a tracking number? This company does! That is unacceptable and I'm still looking for my check in the mail. I called their loss draft dept. to inquire about the check and a tracking number. They told me they don't provide tracking numbers. I asked to to talk to the manager about my check and the representative hung up. Terrible customer service. They should be out of business. Never had a problem like this in the past and this is roof #4 in the last 10 years for various property claims.

I contacted them about an apartment building they own in Grand Prairie, Texas - Royalton at Grand Prairie - that is poorly managed and constructed, they have not responded. They seem to be more concerned about profits than consumer satisfaction.

They are incredible! They really listen to your wants and needs and give you the freedom to choose what properties you want to see. They are conscious of your budget and don't even mention properties out of your price range. They have great connections in the industry as well. Everyone we worked with through the process from our mortgage lender to our inspector came on their recommendation. I can't say enough positive things about these wonderful company. Not only are they hard workers, but their kindness and friendship is something that made this experience wonderful for us. As first time home buyers, we were uneasy going into this process but they helped us every step of the way. I truly believe we would not have found our dream home if it weren't for them!

This company rewards on-time payments with negative credit reporting. When you contact them, they tell you they can't do anything, you need to file a dispute with the credit bureaus, which will then take at least a month to resolve. Own up to your mistakes, SWBC.
