I was here on Saturday 03/18/23 it was in the evening. Upon coming in the hostess should've been our red flag but we still sat down. Service was horrible. It seemed like all the employees were coming out of their dirty restrooms. The food containers were dirty and there was different food in them we sat there like 45 min for our food and never got even the appetizer smh. They wanted to charge us for Food we NEVER RECEIVED. Still charged us 30$ for drinks. 30$ FOR DRINKS 1 SODA 2 SWEET TEAS.

My husband had fond memories of going to Genghis Grill when he was in college so we decided to give this place a try. When you first walk in, the ambiance is subpar and the lighting is depressing. The menu makes it seem like the restaurant is having an identity crisis. Is it Asian? Not really. The service was horrible. My server asked me if it was my first time there, I said yes, and she proceeded as if I hadn't said anything, just asking for my drink order instead of explaining how you can build your own bowl. For $11.75, the amount of food you get is sad...you could get way more and better tasting americanized Asian food at Panda Express or somewhere else without having to tip for the terrible service. The food and sauce was subpar even though the chef cooked it well. The flavor was lacking and overly sweet (I got the Kung Pao sauce with my bowl). The Udon noodles aren't real Udon noodles (the thickness was more akin to lo mein noodles), and they were overcooked and limp. The server never once refilled our drinks or asked how we were doing. Asked for my check and sat around waiting for 15 minutes while the server ignored me. Definitely don't recommend this place.

Food taste is mostly based on your choices of meat, seafood, vegetables, carbs and spices that are all stir fried together. If you have the ability and willingness to try different combinations this place is great. Just have to understand that if you mix items that have different cook times then some portions may be over or under cooked based on your liking.
