        No management and code compliance has open cases against them for out of code, insufficient and dangerous power panels. UPDATE: as of May 2021, the new owners are making great strides in cleaning up and updating the park. They have started getting things up to code and replacing the out of date/dangerous power panels. they have also started an online rental payment and maintenance request portal.
