Kept me on hold for 30 mins never came back on the line to let me know what they were doing finally hung up. All week nothing but busy signal . I think they are out of business IF NOT THEY SHOULD BE.

I have worked with many medical supply companies all over these great states, never before have I seen a company with such low regard for patient health. This company NEVER delivered any supplies past the initial order. After months of trying to work it out they ultimately got fired. I could understand if there was some kind of insurance or payment issues but that was not the case. The supplies were covered 100%. The insurance company hand delivered the authorization to the company. All they had to do was deliver and get paid. The company still failed to supply and supplies. They did however continue to bill the insurance for the rental hardware I already told them to pick up. I had to threaten to seize their hardware under Texas Abandonment Law before they finally picked up the rentals. Despite this the still billed for an additional month. Several phone calls later the only respond with hang-ups or refusals to investigate. They openly told me to deal with the insurance company and that they were not interested in any phone calls or documentation I had. I switched to Medco and have had 0 issues. They have been ontime, call to confirm any changes and respond quickly to any questions. Save yourself the trouble. Go with anyone else before letting these guys risk the safety of yourself or your family.
