Quest Diagnostics - Closed

I would prefer no star. My 88 year old mother with Alzheimers couldnt even get blood work because when you go in there you dont check in with a person it is a computer. The lab technician were not helpful at all. My mother got so agitated because of her disease she left. Extremely rude and cold technicians.

The employees are not friendly, not nice and couldn't care less about your visit but, they get you done fast. I hate them. I love them.

Scammy place, they ask for your debit card for co-pay, don't give you a receipt and then you get charged 2 months later for what was already paid by your Medical Insurance.

It been two weeks and my Doctor office has not received anything they called and have told the them that they have send it by fax but not true nothing don't know why stuff it's not on time they said it only takes a for my lab this week will be three weeks unprofessional

LOUSY experience. I'm writing this review for my partner who just had a horrible experience at this office. They apparently stopped taking walk-in patients, although their website never exactly makes this clear. And when you walk up to the door and enter all of your information on the iPad near the front door, nothing is stated about them no-longer taking walk-ins. He was also told they're no longer open on Saturday's, but their website still shows them as being opened on Saturday. Anyone know where else he can get his blood drawn? He's had it with Quest.
