I closed my account in Feb 2021 and supposedly paid off my balance. I was assured that the account was closed and the balance was zero. It is now Sep 2021 and I received a bill from them with a late fee. When I called, the lady could not find my payment from February and insisted I owed them money. I told her I would look up my final payments on my credit card statement and call back. When I called back, someone else answered. It took several minutes to find my final payments, but she insisted I still had a balance to pay. I paid the $10.99 balance and requested documentation that my balance was zero and that the account was closed. She said they don’t provide that and gave me her name. The book keeping for this office is not accurate and you get different information from different people in the office. Plus, they are quick to add fees. I cannot believe Tri-Care is using this company. Service members, Veterans and their family members should be treated by a reputable company. I wonder how many others were overcharged? I recommend going somewhere else if possible.

This is a great place to get you CPAC supplies and the staff here are exceptional. I met Lily today and she is my new personal favorite. She showed awesome customer service, a wonderful attitude and was super friendly. Keep up the good work.

This company makes you jump through hoops even AFTER they receive the correct referral from Tricare. On top of the seemingly endless faxes just to get them to authorize equipment or supplies, they are on backorder for equipment. I won't be surprised when Tricare drops their affiliation with this company. DO NOT waste your time or energy with them. They will only run you in circles.
