appear to be an incompetent medical group/ The state Attorney generals Office of Texas has been notified. Also the BBB.

Wow. Same story as everyone else. Paid bill in full a month ago with plenty of proof. Received a duplicate bill with the same account number but different statement ID with the threat that this was the last notice before they send it to collections in 8 days. I received that mail on the 7th day of the date on bill. How nice of them. They were already closed for the day so I couldn't call them and decided to pay it again (low price) just to make sure they don't ruin my good credit. Called and spoke with Diane the next day. She was nice and apologetic (hence the two stars) explaining that the accounting department is behind on posting payments to their system and so the billing department didn't know I already paid it. She said they will refund my duplicate payment but apparently it will take a while (no surprise there). She also assured me that it won't be sent to collections. We'll see. Just a terrible billing department. I could easily log into my account on their own website and see my first payment was received. If I can...why can't they?
