New staff and Dr. Lowery tremendous differences...Michelle is no longer at this facility...scripts are phoned in...ready for pickup by the time I get home...only 1 complaint make sure "WC" is on script if this applies...need an appointment call on Fridays...Dr. Lowery is in only on Fridays at UTC

Dr Lowry was great but this is the second time this facility has up and shut down with no warning. I won't return here. What about my medical records or the fact that my treatment was in process. They don't care.

I love doctor Lowry and the staff however my low rating is because my health is first. I am in constant pain in my knees and this office just shut there doors until further notice. No warning at all. I had therapy in process and dr appointments set and now I have nowhere to go.

Do not go here. They are unethical to their staff and clients. Overcharge medicare and medicaid- they owe government millions. Cancel staffs insurance policy with no warning leaving staff to owe other doctors thousands. HORRIBLE PLACE
