Chronic pain in both of my achilles tendons is now gone thanks to the treatment by the doctor and his staff. Great environment and friendly staff. Highly recommend.

Im so happy I found such a wonderful medical facility unlike any other. I see Charlotte Widick NP and her and everyone on the staff are so warm and friendly. Dr. Guillory who runs Root Causes is a genius of a doctor, as well. They have so many options for natural healing and you can buy a package where for only $300 a month you can see Charlotte, see the nutritionist, use their many natural healing modalities ever day like cryotherapy, magnosphere, red light therapy bed and more. They are also including group therapy in the package and individual therapy at a reduced rate. They spend a lot of time with you and treat you with so much respect and are so caring. They are very focused on finding the Root Cause of your health issues. They are also expanding and are now in two other locations, one in Austin and I think the other is in Dallas. Update: working with charlotte and tara we found i have a gallstone and now i realize ive had for many years. All that time going to drs and never a mention of gall bladder telling them i have problems. So yeah to finally getting help. Charlotte is the first person to tell me the real issues and its not my lack of discipline. Basically she validated my issues and backed it up with test results and giving me treatments. Also i joined their new membership plan and already its a great deal for me and the healing modalities are already helping just a week in. I did nearly all of them haha. Older review : still new but so far my experience has been great. They already did tests which no one else has done and sure enough im positive for it. So at least we have some more answers and then recommend a diet ive never tried even tho ive tried a lot and its been helping. They are very helpful with keeping costs reasonable for me. I think they are very fair on their pricing. Which is what ive been most scared of with coming to a functional. Everyone is friendly and helpful. They have an online portal to get your results. So far its great only recommendation would be to be more proactive when results come in and call me to make an appointment. Although,all my results may not be in yet either, im not for sure.
