Gabby receptionist at stone oak office is very rude and condescending. Does not care to help. I will find another provider it is not worth going to have to deal with someone like that.

Actually pretty sad, we LOVE our doctor here but the front staff is EXTREMELY rude. If you are trying to get help for a sick child, expect a rude person answering the phone. SO FRUSTRATING. But again, Dr. Davis is awesome.

Amazing staff and doctors!!! We see the doctor every time we go and there’s virtually no wait. Doctors and staff are knowledgeable, friendly, and care about their patients. Today they even gave us quite a few cans of formula. I know it’s considered a sample but 6 plus small cans goes a long way. After his shots they allowed us to stay in the exam room as long as needed to comfort our son, actually they have never rushed us out. I won’t take my son anywhere else, they’re the best.

My children have been seen at this location for years (since birth) and we have been discussing getting my daughters tonsils out for several years. The doctors told us we could wait to see if she grew into them or they would refer use to an ENT at any given time. We called today for that referral and they would not provide one saying they need to see my child again.....Just out of principal this is frustrating because they have already decided this was the path and said we could do it when we were ready. I think they just want to make some extra money before we go see the doctor that she really needs to see.
