Dr. Sanchez is a knowledgeable, personable, and professional doctor. I would recommend him. The staff is nice and kind.

If you want a doctor who only cares about getting health insurance discounts, this is the one for you! I was advised to take double dosage of a dangerous medication because Dr. Sanchez refused to order a CT scan or MRI. Why? Because the less expensive tests and medications they prescribe, the more the insurance companies pay them in bonuses. I know because I worked at several. Dr. Sanchez once was a kind, diligent medical professional who sadly sold out for money. I would Not trust his care, as the patient's best interest is not at the heart. The nice staff all left, leaving grouchy, disgruntled staff. Run don't walk, for your own health's sake! They change office buildings multiple times, as well. Very unstable practice.

The receptionist Denise has been very rude to my mother. She will argue with her about why she doesn't know what medications to order when she calls and claims that they do not have a record in the system. She is very unprofessional to try to argue with a customer to try to prove them wrong. It's hard for my mother to go in every time knowing that she will always be given a hard time by Denise.

I went today for the first time and saw Dr. Valerie. She was truly one of the best doctors I've interacted with, and I've seen a lot. She was extremely personable and took extra time to answer all of my questions, no matter how minimal. I was sitting here thinking about the visit and realized the reason I went was the 5 star review- So I'd better make sure they get another!

Was advised to take two Tylenol for a debilitating migraine. We were promised a work note would be on his patient portal today so he’d have it Monday. It’s not there and the office is closed.
