This place sucks and I dont recommend anyone going to this place unless your insurance is paying for it. They take to long to do simple work and your paint well crack and peel off in the same day you get it.

Hello this is David owner of MASTERS TOUCH COLLISION CENTER.
I wanted to start off with the review from Heroo Youi that’s from a month ago. This is a scam, and the review is a fake post. It’s from a company that makes fake review’s then call’s and gives you a sales pitch that they work hard on taking off bad reviews with a payment of $30 start up fee and will continue to monitor your reviews for only $5 for the next 11 months. When in fact all they do is log on and delete the review they made, making it look like they are taking care of that bad review. Then a few mouths later write another bad review and call you to inform you of that bad review and follow the scam process once more. Making it look like a real company. Be aware of this scam.
Now as for the Luis Martinez review, I will say that this is true to an extent. My daughter that was working the front office 5 year ago and just started in this type of work at the time she gave a wrong price to a customer that was very low. With the bad communication our front office had at that time I assumed everything was a go, not knowing the very low price my daughter had made at the time. So, I did my best to explain to our customer the situation and tried to come to a price agreement, so our business didn't take a very hard loss. Unfortunately, the customer disagreed with the settlement we were offering. We worked had to come to an agreement, it just didn’t work out. We didn’t want to have to take a lean out on the vehicle, but we had no choice. This business had put a lot of work and money into that job. Even with the lean we had to make, it took 6 months because the customer still owed the bank, we still took a big lost in the end, making it a enormous headache. I never want to go throw this process again. Now we have papers and new staff in place, so this doesn’t ever happen again. I wanted to apologies for this incident that happened 5 years ago. We work hard to make our customers happy with great prices and helping customer with their insurance deductibles.
We have been open for 9 year, with just word of mouth and no advertising. I think that should give everyone a idea if how good we take care of our customers. Thank you have a wonderful day.

i was skeptical because of the review i read but i was glad i stopped by. My experience at this shop was great they looked at my car and found extra damage that my insurance did not see and got it fixed, saved me part of my deductible and my vehicle looked better then before my accident
I WOULD RECOMMEND THIS SHOP TO ANYONE LOOKING TO SAVE SOME OF THERE DEDUCTIBLE no one anywhere else would help me with my deductible . Friendly staff great service great savings my wallet is happy.
