I have gone to Homann Tire and Automotive with a flat a couple times in the last couple years (apparently wherever I was driving had alot of nails). Both times I was without my husband and feeling very overwhelmed. They have always treated me fairly and explained things well. Charging me $15 to fix my flat and giving back my car good as new! I never had to wait, they got me in and out very quickly. Today we got a flat again and I called around to a few places closer to my husbands work. I was not satisfied with what they told me and called Homann to ask a few questions. Found out that what Firestone quoted me for did not even need to be done. Needless to say, my husband is gonna drive over to Homann on the donut and have them fix it.
Pros: Very friendly, helpful, respectful and informative staff. Only charges for what needs to be done and has low prices. Serviced me quickly.
Cons: None!
