Delivered to wrong address and even tried to send proof of delivery when they did, it was a different address not even my door, i sent them pictures of my door and they still denied it.

Do not use this company they don't care about your stuff they wouldn't Reimburse me for my stuff that the driver left at a different house they are rude they shouldn't be in buisness

For the most part I felt properly informed on when my package was coming, but I got a little eager and went up there to pick up my package. The customer service in person was amazing. They are so kind and helpful! My package was actually going to be delivered to my home the same day and was with the driver already when I arrived . The other reviews made me nervous but I had the total opposite experience. Thank you guys so much!

Why am I paying full price shipping for a zero star service I dont understand how this company is still in business they dont update their tracking they dont contact you but they did rectify the issue

I applied at some supposed job fair. Having trouble upload documents and was given a personal phone number if the operations manager. I've attempted several phone calls and texts, no response. And it's going in 10 days. After reading Google reviews and from other sources online, I'm glad I didn't get a response.
