Iâ€™ve paid for a backpack on a preorder from earlier in January, Affirm pays I pay in installments. So far they have not answered two of my emails and have not sent my backpack, not a good start.

Was unable to receive refund for returned item. They dont have phone number. Didnt reply to my emails. I left box with return item and note on Bexar Goods business door before I went to work but no one reached out. It was waste of time and money.

Absolutely horrible customer service. Always trying to support local and instead of responding to emails and pretending like they shipped something, they refunded my money after having to post to them on Instagram. Lame. Never again.
