Great and interesting person. Great work at a fair price. My observation is if he cant get it running its unrepairable.

Ralph came out to my house to repair my house generator. First off Ralph is an old school type of guy, not disrespectful. This guy is rough and tough, no matter the conditions he will get the job done. I saw this man fight through his pain of knee and hip surgery to get it done. He can fix anything, no short cuts no BS. Don't judge a book by its cover.

Ralph has done work for us before. We called to have him come out again. He has a receptionist who answers his calls. When I first spoke with her, she went on and on about how Ralph doesn't want to go outside 1604. I think I know where I live. I live inside 1604. I explained that to her. So she took our appointment. Then the night before he's supposed to come out to do our repair, his receptionist calls again. Tells us she is cancelling the appointment because we are outside of 1604. My husband again tells her we are not outside 1604, we are very very much inside 1604, by several miles. She doesn't listen and our appointment is cancelled. Very unprofessional. If you don't want to come to our address, fine, but don't tell us we live outside 1604 when we very much live inside 1604 as the reason you are cancelling.
