This review is probably not applicable soon since the office is closing down (based on the phone recording). I reached out to the firm back in April 2021 for a traffic violation. I was assured it would be taken care of and paid the $575 fee on 28 April 2021.
Since then, I have received zero updates on the case and only get the run-around when I call. The people are nice enough on the phone and I appreciate that, but I want my case wrapped up. I always leave my number with the person on the phone and am told I'll receive a call back with information but that never happens.
At this point it's too late to get my money back through the bank-route so I'm out half a grand and a traffic violation that still isn't fixed.

My family and I have been using Roland's law firm for over 10 years. He delivered everytime with a unique approach to our issues. He was simply the BEST. I just found out of his passing and he will be greatly missed. Our condolences goes out to his family.
