Very disappointed with the first in person impression. This appointment was made WEEKS ago after doing some research. When I get to the office to check in, I'm told I received a text to reschedule for 445. Mind you my appointment was at 530 and I showed the receptionist the last text I received which was this morning saying I look forward to your 530 appointment. Her response was that my appointment could either be rescheduled or I could wait. Needless to say I canceled any appointment as I had already altered my schedule to drive 45 minutes round trip in order to make this appointment. I'm in the military and three things I take seriously are my time, a person's competency and effective communication. If I can't trust this business with an appointment, then I certainly am not going to trust them with something as sensitive as my vision.

I've had coke bottle glasses since I was 4... lasik plus gave me a whole new look on life! They were patient with all my questions and made the entire process smooth and worry free.
