        Attempted multiple times to have Robert or a team member come out for an estimate. Didn't show up the first time and of course when I called him follow up I was given the golden excuse. He was stuck at another property fixing something. Do companies like this really believe customers fall for that?? 2nd time I decided not to bother even calling and of course he never reached out!
