Terrible customer service, lady at the front was rude not only to me but everyone that was waiting at the lobby.
If you can get your blood work anywhere else do it.

Terrible customer service, the lady at the front desk was so rude (girl with red hair) youâ€™re not allowed to ask any questions until is your turn even if youâ€™re standing in front of the window they wonâ€™t open it. If I could give this place 0 stars I will

I called various times and left voicemails as instructed when you call, no one returned my calls. I went in , and you canâ€™t speak to anyone because they keep window closed, even if you stand in front of it, surely they can see your shadow, no one opens the window to help. People are in lobby complaining of poor customer service and how long theyâ€™ve been waiting. I and everyone else can clearly hear people behind glass chatting. Terrible service. I would give them no stars if I could. Donâ€™t go here.
