    The only thing that bothered me was the fact that we were only shown 1 vehicle and were told that that was it. Other than that everything else was great. They worked hard to get us the payment we wanted. The vehicle is very nice and comfortable. The staff were very friendly and made sure didn't need anything. I would definitely buy another car from World Car Kia

    Just to emphasize, our salesman, Anthony, was amazing. He deserves 10 stars if I could. He went the extra mile whenever he could. Never failed to put on a friendly smile. The reason for this 2 star review is solely because of the finance manager, Felix Lopez. From the second we had to deal with him, our entire car buying experience went down the drain. We didnt feel welcome at all being in his office. All he wanted to do was get us to sign everything as fast as we could. When we asked for the financing interest rate, he said he had no idea. After doing the math myself, I found it out to be at 6%. When we had already gotten a pre-approval from Navy Federal at 1.99%. He made no effort in providing us with any information or answering any questions we had. All he wanted was us to SIGN THIS SIGN THAT. We left a $1000 deposit for the vehicle. Upon returning to the dealership to collect our new vehicle. We had to deal with him yet again. We reviewed our documents and found that my name was not in the right order. This was extremely important as I had to deal with the IRS for tax reasons (we were buying an electric vehicle). He tried insisting that he was right, and demanded to see my social security card. Who carries their social security card on them wherever they go??? And its my name, why would he know more about that than I do?? He was not at all understanding with the entire situation. Again all he wanted us to do was sign and get out. Upon finishing all the paperwork, due to us buying an EV, I needed some information from the dealership in order to apply for a Texas State EV Rebate. I had prepared all the documents and even highlighted the parts that needed his information. He was not willing to understand what was going on, not willing to work with me. He made me feel like I was burdening him. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone, solely due to the fact that I would not want anyone to have to ever deal with this man. However, if you do find yourself having to head down to this dealership. Ask for Mr Anthony Estrella, he will not fail to ensure you get his best efforts and attention.

    Giovanni was great. He took the time to go into detail about everything. He was pleasant and helpful. I would work with him again but a member of the finance team was not so helpful and did not have a good customer service attitude. He was very dismissive and rude in how he handled me. If you go to this location ask for Giovanni and work with him because he will be respectful and helpful.

    Ok experience having my car serviced here. Took a little longer than I would have thought for a basic 7 am appointment (i was there until 845) and the mechanic handling my car definitely didn't check the tire pressure correctly as I knew one of the tires was a little low. But the person in charge of my service was super nice and helpful and the cost was not terrible. The website is not very helpful for scheduling service though.

    I took my KIA Soul in for a recall. I was told it would take from start to finish 1 and a half hours. It was done within an hour! The women at the desk were very nice. Kyle was extremely helpful especially when I asked questions that weren't even related to the recall. I like World Car KIA because they get things done in a timely manner unlike the large dealerships where they want to keep your car all day. Will definitely continue to go there.
