This was a bad call. Tony was the person that made my experience bad! Now I love pizza and a fan of Lucianos but this one by far is the worse location. I came in, no one even inside eating. I ordered 2 slices of pizza pepperoni and mushroom. It took less than 10 minutes and I was given a pepperoni pizza just pepperoni. I took it back and requested that there was no mushrooms I waited five more minutes just to realize that he threw mushrooms on my pizza without baking them. I requested a refund and then noticed I was I’m in the parking lot riding this post they gave the same box of pizza and a pepperoni to a dad and a daughter very disappointing I’m so upset. I work in medical field, but I more nurse at other locations, I will make sure no one goes to get the same treatment.
