Megan Fielder: Allstate Insurance

This is one of the worst agency you can go to in town. Please save yourself a A headache and stress by going somewhere else. I called in August to change my renters insurance and Jerald was extremely unprofessional and rude. Using profanity as if it was a norm. I ask to have my renter insurance policy sent to me to show proof to my new residency and Express the need of this being sent to me as soon as possible. Of course Jerald promising this will be sent right away but he never did. This almost cost me to lose out on an amazing deal at a new apartment. Forcing me to now receive a new renter insurance From another company. Now 3 months later Im still having to deal with jerald and the incompetent staff at this location. Norma was the manager at the time but This was told to my by Jerald when I asked to be transferred to a manager so who really knows. She was no help either. I simply asked her to cancel my policy and provided proof of all documents needed to do so and she did not. I have called every month since August to only be told that Megan was busy and unable to speak with me. Its been three month now and I have been charge all three months to finally make it through to Megan. Its so sad to hear her say she never heard about this situation and promised me that this will be cancel and credit back. How can this go on for so long and the staff can hide this from the agent. folks save yourself from this stress and go with another insurance company. Yes I agree folks allstate can be cheaper than the rest but You pay for the service you get. I know I did.
