Farmers Insurance - Steve Vasquez

No answer calls when you needed , he let my policy to been canceled with no calls, email or any other notification after let hem know that not to send the following bill to the bank because starting the next due date I’ll be responsible to do my payment😡.

My wife and I have been really displeased with Steve Vasquez as our agent. We are currently in the process of switching to another agent within Farmers. We are currently paying $1,157.00 annually for our home owners insurance when we could be paying $480.00, had our insurance been underwritten thru Farmers. But because of discrepancies with some claims we cannot take advantage of these discounts. We feel like as our agent, Steve should've disputed these claims for us, but he hasn't.
