Yumi and her team at InSource really went the extra mile to make sure I was properly insured, that I had not only adequate coverage but the correct coverage. Her service and kindness was first rate. I cannot recommend them more. Great agents that go out of their way for their customers and the service does not stop just when she writes your policy! Yumi went above and beyond with my coverages and made me fell my priorities were first and foremost. She found multiple lapse in coverages on my companies policies and excess or double coverage on policies that were wasting me money.

Insource won my business when Yumi Joined them. Yumi Kang does not sell price, she sells peace of mind that not only has her team/her scoured ever available underwriter for the best price but she also ensures there are no lapse in coverage. Other insurers are salesman and try to sell the most expensive Coverage they can to increase their commissions. Yumi has my loyalty for all my business and personal coverages because she gave me her loyalty to start.
