Jacqui Lugar has been my State Farm agent for almost 12 years and I cant say enough good things about both Jacqui and her team. From my first meeting with her many years ago, Jacqui has always been helpful, knowledgeable and so easy to work with on my all insurance needs. Talking with Jacqui always feels like talking to a good friend and she really cares about getting the right insurance products for each client depending on their needs. Like any good leader, Jacqui has an amazing team working with her to support all of her clients. I recently purchased a new car and needed updated insurance cards. I called the office and Sahara was able to get my updated cards emailed to me within 20 minutes of calling. Sorry to say very disappointed when I need the tow service they told me they were going to show up at a certain time in 30 minutes to 60 minutes and ended up calling me 2 hours later saying they won't be wouldn't be able to help me call another tow service after State farm had set it up I was very upset I pay for a service and I was really disappointed anyway I hope it doesn't happen again
