We've had this party reserved for two months with invitations made already!!!! My wife gets an email saying our deposit had gotten refunded from kids inc. So she calls and talks to an employee that preceded to tell my wife that they are no longer doing parties. We told them we have the invitations already and they didn't care if we did or not. This place is not professional!!!!

This place went out of business. Don't pln you sons birthday around what their website says.

Smaller than expected, sure my kid enjoyed it, thus the 2 stars.. but for parents it’s pretty uncomfortable and limited, very limited sitting area. Horrible, not kid friendly music, and very crowded.
Recommend coming for like 45-1hr
Luckily the paid admission is good for one full business day.

My kids loved this place until I loaded them up after promising them to go all week and found they had been permanently closed and they were in the process of gutting it when we pulled in. Talk about some disappointed kids! The website still says it's open and even shows parties on the party calendar. Hope those families having parties got a heads up and refund.
