UT Health Medical Drive

I received a call to confirm two appointments for tomorrow forced to cancel one. The Appointments I had scheduled for a client 2months ago and now the office is saying they can not have both appointments and now my client has to go over another month before being seen. This is not my first issue with this location take months to sign forms, so hard to get calls back, always a problem, can never get seen less then 3+months out, will not respond to nurses for refills, or DC orders.

I could write an incredibly detailed and long review but UT Health and their physicians would not bat an eye. In summary, UT Health system, and a lot of their doctors, are what is wrong with our health system in this country. You have to be your own advocate and doctor here, and they make it difficult to do so. I recommend paying the extra $ if you are a UT employee and going out of network. Current apt scheduling 2-4 months out for an apt. with PC, 5-8 months for a specialist with referral, even with abnormal test results. - they require you to schedule an apt. for each issue separately (drs letter, physical, prescription refills, etc.).

They dont pickup the phone and never calls back on selecting call back option. They need to update the staff with current medical flow of patient calls.
