        Nice personal staff but they charge much more than other doctor offices. My son was charged $400 for a 30 minute appointment because the doctor discussed more than 1 subject with him. It was his first appointment. He challenged the bill but the office would not reduce the amount. Not going back again.

        Professional staff, very detailed reports are given after your doctor appointment. Dr Joyce Yuen is very thorough and actually takes the time to look at you and give you proper medical attention. I highly recommend this place.

        I usually have a wonderful experience here but I arrived for my appointment today and was told "someone was supposed to contact you beforehand, but the nurse practitioner you are supposed to be seeing today actually isn't here today." I was never contacted and, as a professional woman, am disappointed that my time was wasted.
