I gave them a chance but from the beginning their deceiving and shady tactics completely destroyed their credibility, their online sales manager Amanda lied, their sales person lied, and Im sure everyone above them are the same or worst, do yourself a favor and stay away from this place.

Nope. Lost their customer service. Using a very old school sales tactic from the 1990's : "We no longer give out numbers and prices over the phone. We guarantee to give you the best deal if you come in today".

I was visiting San Antonio and needed to get some work done on my Honda fit. I went to one shop who said they didn't have appointments for over a week. I went to another place that tried to charge me way too much. I finally just brought it in here. They charged me over $100 less than the other shop was going to and I was in and out in 1 hour. They didn't try to upsell me or charge any unecessary fees. They also went ahead and cleaned the car for free. So far I've had nothing but great experiences at Texas Honda dealers and that extends to this one. I definitely recommend this place if you need to get work done on your Honda.

Steve Davis was a pleasure to work with, he made my experience very comfortable and was efficient. We worked out our deal with ease. I live a few miles from the dealership and he came to pick me up in the car I was interested in purchasing. I did the test drive on the way back to the dealership. After he found out what I was looking for in with the purchase we came to terms quickly with very little hassle unlike what Ive experienced in other car buying experiences. I will definitely be giving him a call next time! Thanks Steve!
