The pool water is salty. This could be due to build up of chemicals that have been added to keep it sanitary but it needs to be upkept better. It really grosses me out. I don't like putting my head in the water. Also don't say pool hours are until 8pm of the lifeguards call it at 7:45pm! So annoying! I pay all my fees and follow all the rules so why don't I get all my time that is stayed on the sign!

It is ridiculous that I pay HOA and I have a pool card with my ID but I can't get entry to a pool because I don't have the new card. I have one weekend to hang out with my daughter to go swimming and I got turned around. No adults working to solve the problem. Bunch of kids working. HOA waste of money. Very disappointing

Lost my job due to pandemic have had trouble finding anything else consistent, kept in contact with HOA about my situation. They tacted on late fees and then attempted to get lawyers involved all while I kept an open line of communication about my situation. It's crazy never had issues paying fees but the pandemic hits and it's hard on every one and their ability to understand is that they don't care. Yet they post a sign at the office of understanding and haven't had anybody to speak with for the majority of this year.
