        Absolutely horrible experience. I was staying here for the 3 free days they offer and on the second day parked my vehicle in the designated parking lot for “residents and guests”. I turned my back for 10 minutes to talk to another guest and my car was illegally towed. When i went to complain the staff was extremely rude and refused to acknowledge me as a guest or resident.this is how they treat the less fortunate. They probably get kickbacks from the tow company. They have been reported to the city towing enforcement for illegal tows and i have retained the services of an attorney as well. Do not stay here if you have a vehicle. It was $250 to release my car and all my belongings
