I had the pleasure of working with Jennifer from the main office and it was an amazing experience. She was very friendly, helpful and professional. I was severely behind on rent and utilities but she was willing to work with me to get everything caught up and I was happy to renew my lease for a 3rd year.

Liars and thieves. Even if you are desperate don't rent from or use these people as property managers. Backwards and dishonest. Consider your deposit gone from the moment you sign the lease.
