We decided to stop in and take a quick look at a model home. The female sales rep is completely unprofessional. After looking at the downstairs portion we headed up to the 2nd floor to check out the room sizes for the secondary bedrooms. As we turn the corner the sales rep was with another set of customers blocking the entrance in the hallway to the secondary bedrooms. We waited a few minutes as she chatted away with the customers she turned looks at us and continues to keep speaking with them we waited a bit more and she turns again and says we will be done soon and continues talking. I was a little taken back by the rude tone in her voice and stated we will be real quick just wanted to check the bedrooms out. She looked at us gave us a dirty look and was about to say something but caught herself and asked her customers if they were done looking. First off this is a model home people come in here to view the layout secondly when you see another set of customers (common sense which obviously she lacks) and your blocking the entrance in the hallway to all other rooms instead of being rude about the situation (your in customer service) you should be courteous and think/say hey guys let’s move into the loft area and we can continue chatting, this helps continue the conversation with current customers and possibly facilitates another transaction with the other customers. That interaction literally changed my mind completely in dealing with this community it took me all but a minute to check the rooms out and leave after that interaction. I was no longer interested at all because of her. She was rude, unprofessional and had absolutely no courtesy or respect. She obviously prejudged us and made a poor assumption that we obviously were not worth her time. On the plus side Zac seemed like a good guy when my husband popped into grab some info.
